Booking & Appointment Policy

This policy governs appointment scheduling, phone confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.

1. Confirmation

Online booking reserves the slot under Pending Confirmation. The appointment is finalized after phone verification by reception.

2. Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled time for check-in.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled slot through My Bookings or phone.
